(21,771 posts)People flipping has been 'announced' in court filings when the person pleads guilty with an agreement to cooperate. That is how the seditious conspirators were 'announced'. When they get sentenced in Aug/Sept (assuming that does not need to get pushed back), DOJ will have to make public in court filings some of the meat of their cooperation... Who they flipped on. Until then, nobody above them would have flipped so we have no idea yet who they have given up. Both Meadows and Eastman are high on my guess list but the fact remains, we do not know. But to know if Eastman will or will not flip alt this point.... No, too early.

(24,348 posts)I think there's enough evidence to convict everybody who needs to be convicted at this point. It's the lower-level people that get the deals and flip. People like Eastman are the targets, they are not the ones who can snitch their way out of trouble.
