New time for Thursday's Jan 6 hearing??? 3 pm E, according to Rachel Maddow.

Rachel just said that Tuesday's hearing will be at 1 pm Eastern BUT that Thursday's will be at 3 pm Eastern.

I finally found this story confirming Rachel's info:

The committee has announced two more dates and times for hearings:

Tuesday, June 21: 10 a.m. Pacific
Thursday, June 23: noon Pacific

according to my 'sources.'

'The House select committee investigating the Jan. 6 insurrection at the Capitol will hold its next hearing at 1 p.m. ET on Thursday, focusing on how former President Donald Trump pressured then-Vice President Mike Pence not to count lawful electoral votes.

In a video previewing the hearing, Rep. Liz Cheney, the top GOP panel member, said Thursday's hearing would present Trump's "relentless effort" to stop the votes from getting counted.'

News providers NOT well-organized, reporting-wise, sadly.

MSNBC has the Select Committee hearings blocked from 12 noon to 6 p.m. The hearings actually start at 1 p.m., but they block extra time incase it runs later than usual (I guess). They can always fill the extra time with their show hosts, Rachel and whoever else is available.
