We saw that here in PA with the number of votes that went to Shapiro for his AG race vs Biden or 45 (Shapiro garnered more than either).

I was just surprised to learn there were that many GA voters who voted R downballot, but didn't vote for president. I guess that's more "never Trumper" or "none of the above" voters than I expected in GA.

That's why I was also thinking that he garners more cross-party vote than what is being reflected in polls or in the media when showing the match-up with Mastriano.

I do know that there were still some "principled" Republicans out there who were loyal to their party but not to those who co-opted it. And that seems to be the case all around the country. I think the first broadcast J6 hearing this month, had Philly's Al Schmidt (who was the lone (R) City Commissioner at the time in 2020) testify and he described the same sorts of doxxing and threats.

Here in PA, even with the enhanced turnout by both parties, Biden almost doubled the difference of votes between candidates (80,000 in 2020 vs 44,000 in 2016) and I expect some were (R)s who refused to vote for the top of the ticket or who voted for Biden.
