(28,836 posts)It also depends on whether or not there's audio evidence of same. Trump's call was recorded. I don't recall that Graham's was.
Raffensberger has also previously noted that the implication was there, but that Graham never specifically requested that ballots be tossed. That's in contrast to Trump's call and may be why it wasn't a topic in the hearings.
It's also likely a topic of the investigation in Georgia. That may be the primary reason it's not being addressed here.
