In Texas. Haven't seen rain in weeks. 98 F, +2/-1 for over a week.
Most of the plants I ordered and planted in April are still alive. Some ... "drought tolerant when established" doesn't cut it when 2 months after planting they're hit with 95 F weather, day after day.
I don't want to see my water bill in a week.
Tired of seeing "warm season" vegetables drooping and wilted when I get home at 4:30. When I drenched them the previous night at 9 pm the previous night. (Which reminds me ... Gotta turn off the water. Like, now.)
