There's got to be some sort of incitement charge in there somewhere.

No, he is not giving people direct orders, but he consistently whips them up to do his dirty work for him, to terrorize his perceived enemies. There has to be something he can be charged with for consistently getting mobs to harrass and hurt people. It's called political violence and it needs to be illegal.

We desperately need laws against domestic terrorism and laws against inciting domestic terrorism. Unless he is forced to shut up, he will continue to foment political violence. And ordinary people just doing their jobs with integrity will continue to have their lives ruined.
