UPDATE: Woman involved in multiple car accidents charged

https://www.wthr.com/article/news/crime/kelli-anderson-reckless-homicide-fatal-crash-first-court-appearance/531-ee2d1b50-05fb-4983-8ee4-a9f672af546f

INDIANAPOLIS — The woman involved in two fatal crashes in three weeks remains in jail after her initial court appearance Tuesday morning for reckless homicide.

(Kelli) Anderson is charged with reckless homicide, which carries a six-year maximum sentence. She also faces six counts of criminal recklessness, with a maximum sentence of 180 days for each count.

This does not include the wreck that killed a doctor on a sidewalk a few weeks ago. The difference is that after that wreck, she was specifically told she could not drive without medical clearance. She said she understood.

Trial is Sept. 1.

Here’s hoping that menace is finally off the road FOR GOOD.

snip-"During her questioning, Anderson told detectives she was on daily medications for “severe, life-threatening allergies and epilepsy.” When investigators questioned her about suffering from allergy symptoms prior to the crash she told them she couldn’t remember stating; “Honestly, I blacked out, ‘cause I don’t remember what happened.”
