1. I was wondering about that...
Good luck at getting any money out of the Ghoul as I suspect he's being paid in hidden accounts. They should also go after the Biggest Loser and Faux "News" Corp. If anything, it should be fun to watch them try to claim that they shouldn't be held accountable for defamation because they are "entertainment".

8. Case remains open against Rudy G.
https://lawandcrime.com/2020-election/rudy-giuliani-still-on-the-hook-as-oan-formally-settles-georgia-election-workers-defamation-case-on-fair-and-reasonable-terms/ A federal judge on Wednesday agreed to dismiss a lawsuit filed by two Georgia election workers against the company which owns the One America News (OAN) Network, several of the network’s executives, and correspondent Chanel Rion. The judge, however, agreed to keep the case alive against one defendant: Rudy Giuliani. The dismissal with prejudice was not a surprise, as it was directly requested by the plaintiffs and agreed to by the defendants pursuant to a settlement agreement that has been in the works for weeks. A status report dated April 21 said that the parties held “a successful one-day mediation on April 19, 2022” and on that date “agreed upon and signed a binding set of settlement terms.” The complete paperwork was drawn up and signed in a predictable fashion shortly thereafter. “Plaintiffs and the OAN Defendants have entered into a settlement agreement (‘Settlement Agreement’) to resolve Plaintiffs’ claims against the OAN Defendants,” according to a subsequent filing dated Tues., May 10. “Pursuant to the Settlement Agreement, Plaintiffs wish to dismiss, with prejudice, the OAN Defendants from the above captioned litigation, with each of Plaintiffs and the OAN Defendants to bear their own costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees.” The May 10 filing makes clear that Giuliani “is not a party to the Settlement Agreement, and Plaintiffs wish to continue prosecuting their claims against Defendant Giuliani.” |

5. Good
I guess that they haven't done this before because they were told to hold off by the J6 Committee.
They need to file one against Mango Mussolini, too. |

16. No, they filed it way back in December, nothing to do with the J6 committee.
I assume they are waiting for the decision of the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals in the E. Jean Carroll case before they decide whether to sue TFG (same issue, whether a president can be sued for defamation occurring while in office).

7. Rudy Giuliani Still on the Hook as OAN Formally Settles Georgia Election Workers' Defamation Case
I think that Rudy was already sued

Some right wing megadonor will pay off the settlement, and this rancid piece of dog shit will continue to spew his drunken rants. Treason is not a Civil Court issue.

17. Yeah, why can't they amend to add the Orange Turd
into the mix. They should do it! Sue Donald for saying that! He shouldn't be immune to suit.
I believe that I heard him also say that they passed a flash drive around like cocaine. FFS, sue this bastard!! He's an ex pRes. Do it now. Take some of your settlement from AON, get a hideout, and SUE DONALD for effing you up. He thinks he skated away. Get him! Whatever lies he may think of, he has no defense to this. Not unless the flash drive WAS cocaine. My personal fantasy is that Lady Ruby moves into Mar a Lago after the Donald et al. sail away to Russia. Make it a nightmare for the Orange Turd: may he never stop hearing about Lady Ruby and what he did to her, her daughter, and her mother. Eff Trump! ![]() ![]() |

15. They should go after TFG too. And soon too .... he is gonna be broke pdq.
He owns real estate* all over America. I don't think any of TFG's NY real estate will be available very
soon because Letitia James might very well have liens on those properties because of her work in N.Y. State. * Golf courses in N.J., Florida, Virginia, and California |
