1. All over

Most neighborhoods in Monterrey, Mexico no longer have running water. The Po River in Italy has largely dried up. Scary times.

2. Shallowness

These people are happy to get in their big gas hog pickups to tow a boat God knows how many miles to the reservoir and sit in line for hours in 100 degree temps running their AC . Then launch the boat with it's gas engine and go motoring around on a joyride for hours. The CO2 means nothing.
They don't give a shit about the water. They only want to accumulate followers with their crappy video skills. Oh, and maybe find a body in a barrel. That would really boost the viewer count, and that counts.
The only useful message they have could have been made in less than a minute of video. The rest of it only exposes their ignorance.
But it is interesting to see that the lake is getting about as shallow as it's boaters.
