Did you know that Rudy's entitled spawn sued Duke university for dropping
Him from its golf team.
SNL missed this one😀😀😀😀 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andrew_Giuliani Giuliani was recruited to Duke by former golf coach Rod Myers, although Myers died shortly after and a new coach was appointed.[15] In February 2008, while Giuliani was a junior, he was cut from the team for breaches of discipline, which he said were minor or fabricated infractions: gunning the engine of his car as he left a parking lot, breaking a club, and throwing an apple at a teammate.[16][17][15][18][19] In July 2008, Giuliani sued the university, alleging that his golf coach "manufactured accusations against him to justify kicking him off the team to whittle the squad." He further claimed that the university, by way of the late Rod Myers, had verbally promised him a spot on the Blue Devils and “life-time access” to Duke golf facilities.[20][21] The lawsuit was dismissed in 2010.[3][22] ======== Another entitled scumbag

civil and tort law allow victims to seek redress for the harm caused to them by another. It is justice.

50. I think I know what you mean but worded it wrong.
Abbott pushed tort reform to help insurance companies from paying for their insured’s negligence. Had his accident happened after his tort reform he would have been capped at $250,000. Typical Repug, I got mine but you cannot get yours.

37. Probably nothing
Varsity sports offer full scholarships to their student-team members. That's the compensation they get instead of being paid to play for the school. So once the little Giuliani-dork got kicked off the team, he lost his scholarship. Whether he was actually good enough to earn a spot on the varsity golf team remains to be seen. (He may not have been, but we'll probably never know.)
Now that I think about it, Giuliani was a discipline problem and probably hard to get along with, even if he was a good athlete. So the Coach had a right to kick Giuliani off the team. ![]() ![]() |

I remember there was something else when he was a kid. Years ago I think at a Yankee game he interfered with a ball in play and it changed the course of the game but it was excused as just a kid wanting a ball. The rich stay rich because they get a lot of stuff for free.
