BTW the one case Trump won let observers sit 2 feet closer during a recount. I
think it has since been over ruled.

Unless he is going for an insanity defense, this is no excuse.
Even if I am certain that the negative balance in my bank account must be their fault and not mine, that would be no excuse if I were to rob the bank to get my money back.
