1. It's been obvious since Roberts was appointed Chief Justice.

Before that, 6% of cases were corporate related. After that, 35% became corporate related and ruled in the corporation's favor. Oligarch's ace in the hole. Leonard Leo (Federalist Society) becoming the most powerful man in DC.
