Welp, they declared NY's reasons for regulating concealed carry permits unconstitutional. They said it violates the 2nd amendment's right to "bear" arms for personal protection. I raced, heatedly, to my keyboard, to google 2nd amendment..........sat back down, keyed it in and read the full text of the second amendment. Is my Google different than yours? I could not find anywhere in the text of the 2nd amendment a single mention of a right to bear arms for personal protection. At all, nada, zip. I think these 6 "your honors" totally invented this "right" and receive hefty monthly dividends from their special interest pay-offs to do so.
