Humping guns. Hugging bibles. Hating "THEMS."
That's about as close as I can come to describing today's Republican Party.

1. If only we could get
The left leaning talking heads, pundits, and social media influencers to turn their platforms on the opposition.

8. It may be one of those psychological bisexual things, but
if they thought they were infected with that "pervert disease," many would kill themselves.

3. I said on Twitter today:
That the GOP has been hijacked by a dangerous faction that's hell bent on turning the US into a hyper religious, fascist totalitarian authoritarian state where anyone who dares question what the Murdoch / MAGA cult is doing will be jailed or executed. The few sane conservatives that are left are experiencing Stockholm Syndrome and falling for their kidnappers. And it's coming whether we want it or not. If you want to see where we are headed, look no further than Hungary's Viktor Orban or the Philippine's Rodrigo Duterte to see what kind of leader they want.
They will go full Nazi in the 2024 election and it will be extremely frightening. ![]() |

7. I've been talking about the Republican/Nazi party before we were allowed to
I don't remember who came up with the meme that goes something like "If you use the word Nazi, you've lost the argument."
So many of us played by that rule for years. And, probably for much too long, we didn't call Nazis, "Nazis." Of course there are differences between the Nazis of Germany and the Republicans of today. For one thing, they live in different countries. For another, American Nazis haven't gotten into full blown genocide, or slaughtered millions in gas ovens. Yet. So here we are, waiting for our Justice Department to possibly head off total disaster, and I hope they will. But, to them I say, check what month it is. Tick Tock. |

9. There actually is a logical fallacy called "ad hitlerum".
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reductio_ad_Hitlerum
But as I keep saying I used to wonder how the average German fell for what Hitler and the Nazis were doing. But witnessing what Rupert Murdoch is doing to America, I don't need to wonder anymore. We're witnessing it in real time. ![]() |

10. AMEN
And I use that word, even though I'm a devout agnostic.

4. They're taking
Christianity down with them. By proclaiming so loudly that they’re Good Christians, they turn people away because that evil gets associated with Christianity. They are more Antichristians following the anti-Christ since they don’t follow any of his teaching.
I think Jesus would be wielding food, clothing, shelter, medical supplies and probably wouldn’t be wielding an AR-15, Confederate Flag, or any Trump shit |

Where all the qualifications are pretty much met in a bellum iustum or the St. Augustine just war theory.
