(3,285 posts)Let's say they decide they can do this without causing any damage-- maybe they shoot down a deserted highway, or set up a target in the middle of a park.
What harm, huh? It's not their fault if every parent in the park grabs their kid and leaves, or if the merchants at the exits of that highway don't get any business because everyone is scared to drive there.
What after all is the purpose of "open carry" if you can't also "open shoot"?
