Perhaps by then, he will be retired. But if he is still married, his marriage is illegal in the eyes of the law if Loving is overturned. Which I do not think it will.

Loving v. Virginia, 388 U.S. 1 (1967), was a landmark civil rights decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in which the Court ruled that laws banning interracial marriage violate the Equal Protection and Due Process Clauses of the Fourteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.[1][2] Beginning in 2013, it was cited as precedent in U.S. federal court decisions holding restrictions on same-sex marriage in the United States unconstitutional, including in the 2015 Supreme Court decision Obergefell v. Hodges.[3]

The latter has been overshadowed with all the anticipation over Roe, and the constant barrage of LGBTQ hatred. But these fascists hate Loving just as much. And they have wanted Brown thrown out for over 70 years now.

The only questions we have now thanks to our Extreme Court is: In what order does this happen? And what comes after those four are taken down?

Right in time for Putin to die and for Medvedev to assume the throne and continue his warpath across Europe. There will be no one stopping him at that point. Think Russia will stop at Ukraine? Hell no!

With him, the only question is who does he look to destroy next? Could be us. Could be another neighboring nation. I just know should be destroy Ukraine, he's not going to say "Well done, comrades. Let's call it a day and have some vodka."

My question though was more about what will the Extreme Court gut next after those four cases. I imagine there are plenty of others that the 5 1/2 Extremes and the QOP would love to erase.

And he's done that. He had the help of Rupert Murdoch and now Q Anon. Good lord I don't see how it gets worse from here but it easily could. :madL

The damage that's certainly be done, and the possibly destruction, have indeed been done without firing a single shot. He's been at the center of it all, and helped all along the way by Murdoch, Drumpf, QAnnoy and all the other reich-wing foot soldiers terrorizing this nation.

I fear it'll get worse. I keep hoping it won't.

The only way Russia is a threat to us in a military sense is their nukes. The US military would flatten the Russians in about a day in any kind of conventional confrontation, and any such confrontation would be fought in Russia or in their backyard. They have no ability to get troops to the US mainland and no way to project air power anywhere near the mainland, either.

I'm sorry, but the suggestion that Russia is a serious military threat to the US, apart from nuclear weapons, is laughable.

It's called "psyops," with a huge helping hand from Comrade Covfefe.

Do I trust Putin to not nuke Ukraine or us? As much as I trust a business ran by Drumpf.

Way to twist my words, though. I'll pass on Jedi mind games.

You said, and I quote:

Putin definitely won't stop if he defeats Ukraine. With him, the only question is who does he go after next? Could be us.

Your intent there is pretty clear, so I'm not sure why you're suddenly trying to back away from it now, apart from the fact that I pointed out the absurdity of your statement. Russia is not going to attack the US, and they're not going to nuke us, either. Doing either would be suicidal for them, the latter especially so.

Russia is actively involved in a military conflict with Ukraine. You speculated on who they would go after afterward, so the implication is pretty clear that you were discussing military conflict. The suggestion is laughable based on their performance in Ukraine.

Please note that the suggestion is laughable. I didn't say you are laughable. It's entirely polite to say "your suggestion is silly" or "your suggestion is laughable" as opposed to saying "you're silly" or "you're laughable." Maybe don't be so quick to interpret things as a personal attack when they clearly weren't.

Kindly drop the insulting tone and comments in response to me. "Laughable" and "absurd" is just plain rude. Not for the first time, either.

This after you make snide remarks about Jedi mind games because of my screen name and accuse me of twisting your words. Give me a break and practice what you preach. You get what you give.

Have a lovely evening.
