George Clooney and HBO team up to do documentary on Ohio State University sexual abuse scandal.

Oscar and Emmy winner Eva Orner has signed on to direct the project, which is based on a Sports Illustrated story.

Clooney and Heslov’s company announced the project in February 2021. At the time, they were planning a docuseries based on the scandal involving Richard Strauss, a former sports physician at Ohio State who’s accused of sexually abusing more than 300 athletes over decades of working at and with the university. The HBO project will be a feature-length documentary.

My University Track coach was cheating in multiple ways. One of the ways he was cheating, he was diverting or stealing money from the cross country program. The cross country members of which I was one, found out and wrote a letter to the athletic director and the president of the university. The ad sent the letter back to the head cross country coach and said calm down your kids or we will fire you and end the program. The U president followed up by ordering a back round check on all student athletes...OMFG

What happened after this.

Head XC coach is fired and blamed for this and other events
Head Track fired a year and half later after more stealing named a national coach for USATF national team and fired from that job for being a sleeze.
AD fired from U and hired and fired by other U making 6 figures at least at each job.
President washed all this sleeze of himself and named the business school after himself.

This was small level sleeze what happened at OSU and MICHIGAN was much much worse and both school worked harder then my school to cover it ALL up. Fuck them Take care of the kids who wear your schools gear on the field !!!!!!!!!!!!!
