If Trump is indicted can his lawyers appeal his case to the Supreme Court?

His stooges, both lawyers and judges working in tandem, might invent some tortured logic to explain why the Constitution prevents him from being indicted.

They'd probably appeal a trial court's denial of their motion to dismiss the indictment. Frasier Balzov Jun 2022 #2
They would appeal anything and everything along the way unblock Jun 2022 #3
I don't think those RW judges give a damn about Trump. GoodRaisin Jun 2022 #4

Everything is executive privilege, national security, etc.

They would delay and delay enough so that even if they lose every argument, by the time donnie is sentenced, they would be able to argue that he's too old and sick for prison.

Not that I think there's much chance of it even getting that far in practice...

I doubt they'll invent anything for him. He might not even be relevant anymore a year from now. They've got other agenda that's way more important to the people who put them in.
