It is more than likely Pajama Man Clark will be indicted.

Hello Mr Clark, My name is Merrick Garland. We enough evidence to put you away for a long time. I would like to make you an offer.

Tell us all you know, perhaps wear a wire tap and talk to people like Eastman and Rudy. Help us and we will help you stay out of prison.

Could something like this happen? Maybe.

Nobody is talking to him, he's toxic. Him and Eastman, and Rudy too, are already dem4decades Jun 2022 #1
Remember, these are very stupid, arrogant people. fightforfreedom Jun 2022 #3
They are clever & unwise. I would not call them stupid, except where lack of wisdom seems stupid. nt Bernardo de La Paz Jun 2022 #7
Once everyone knows they're under investigation, you won't get them with a wiretap. brooklynite Jun 2022 #2

That he is being investigated for laws he broke while at the doj.

It may be tangencially related to his would be role as acting ag, or his efforts to write memos, but it is more likely he broke some concrete law concerning how the doj operates.

You heard a glimpse of it yesterday when someone said congratulations, your first act as ag will be to commit a felony based on rule 6e.

They have lots of rules, which are felonies if you break them.

Did he play a role in writing the memo and attempting to grab power? Sure, but he was a relatively small player. An outsider who would be more.

The doj probably wouldn't get a search warrant based on that. They already have all that info.

Basically said Clark was too stupid to write it. But he was involved in the draft.

None of that is illegal though.

And the doj has a full paper trail on it already since it was drafted on doj systems.

A search warrant is a different beast. They are looking for electronic records that may not exist elsewhere. Items that may have been in the cloud but were deleted before they could access them.

Private texts, emails, and any call records he may have made offline.

What would be illegal is perjury, disseminating confidential documents to unauthorized persons, and conspiracy of many kinds of crimes.

Perry and Hawley and about 20 other GOP congressmen were at the bottom of the lie, trying to court favor with Trump.

We need a card deck with all their stats to keep track. Like the Terrorists they are.
