I've seen Idiocracy numerous times and I found it both prescient and horrifying. Now it is obvious that it was far more than a comedy. The evidence is front and center every time Klepper goes out and does his interviews.

Of course, Donald Trump said the quiet part out loud - "I love the poorly educated" and his followers were too stupid to even be insulted.
