Time for Democratic grass roots legal and political brainstorming
Don't rule out how ordinary folk can light a spark that shows the path forward. Democrats need open-minded collective brainstorming at every level, and hope that some leaders pick up the ball and run with it. Grass roots at the legal level.
I still say forced birth is slavery and kidnapping.
And why not go after marriage itself? It's a legacy of religion, in some ways no business of the state. State keeps the records for what happens in religion. Yes, I know, there are civil marriages and Justices of the Peace, and atheists can get married. But we're just throwing ideas around here, so spit out what comes to mind and let others synthesize as they can.
We will not lie down! It may take 40 years to strip this tyranny from our land but we've done it before and we will do it again!
