Could the Federal Government authorize the

right for contraception and abortion services on federal land?

The time has come to continue to think outside the box to prevail against the SC and Rethugs.

in the Senate and a majority in the House, Roe could be codified and Biden could sign it into law.

Or really, enough to change the filibuster rules. 52 senators might be enough
