is why they are talking about the SC plans to come after marriage equality yet they don't mention why the SC left out Loving. To make clear, in no way, form or fashion do I want Loving overturned. What I do want is to have it pointed out repeatedly the utter hypocrisy of conveniently leaving that landmark case unmentioned. Basically the SC saying, if it protects me, it's sacred, you, not so much.
