In fact, many times they will sit out a case if they dealt with it on a lower court before being a supreme judge.

He certainly wouldn't support going beyond (in our direction) what was in his own opinion in Dobbs (which would still return abortion to the states with a much earlier line than Roe/Casey.

So yes... it will take two replacements
