Can Biden open military bases to abortion providers?

Does the federal government or do state governments maintain jurisdiction over military bases? If the federal government maintains jurisdiction, can Biden open military bases in red states (well, all states) to abortion providers? Or does the Hyde Law/Rule come into play here?

We need an anti-Hyde amendment.
No funding without guaranteed freedom of health choice.

They are allowed for rape, incest, and the health of the woman. Congress is trying to pass a bill that allowed all abortions. This law if passed and signed deals only with military personnel.

Hopefully the dept. of the Interior is already working this.

Samantha Bee did a great segment last night on the potential use of Federal Enclaves (usually located within National Parks) to provide reproductive healthcare services. Tele health centres on Federal Enclaves was mentioned one of solutions that could be quickly, legally and inexpensively implemented.

Before telling them we’re putting abortion clinics on their land.

But considering how we’ve screwed them for 500 years, it’s probably best not to just decide what to do with their land.

I’m fine with that. But don’t put forth it as a solution if you aren’t Native.

That’s why I mentioned DOI in my post.

Also, half of Oklahoma is native land, per SCOTUS ruling.
