Does the federal government or do state governments maintain jurisdiction over military bases? If the federal government maintains jurisdiction, can Biden open military bases in red states (well, all states) to abortion providers? Or does the Hyde Law/Rule come into play here?

(452 posts)They are allowed for rape, incest, and the health of the woman. Congress is trying to pass a bill that allowed all abortions. This law if passed and signed deals only with military personnel.

Samantha Bee did a great segment last night on the potential use of Federal Enclaves (usually located within National Parks) to provide reproductive healthcare services. Tele health centres on Federal Enclaves was mentioned one of solutions that could be quickly, legally and inexpensively implemented.

Also, half of Oklahoma is native land, per SCOTUS ruling.
