I do not think it should be overturned. That being said, I find it awful convenient he left THAT one off the hit list. He's playing with fire. If he thinks the rabid right will give two shits that HE is in an interracial marriage, me thinks he will be sorely disappointed. And even he wouldn't be able to stop it.

In Alabama Amendment 2 was approved in 2000 60% to 40% to eliminate the interracial marriage ban from the states constitution. 35+ years AFTER the Loving decision. 25 of the 67 counties in Alabama actually voted against it. Leave it to the states right?
