I know that doesn't solve the problem of ACCESS (i.e. you need a PLACE to get an abortion, not just the wish to have one), but it seems a government agency could be set up with a phone number and website where any woman or doctor arrested for exercising their basic human right could call, they fill your name out on the pardon form, and Biden stamps it. And you are free to go.

i.e. violations of federal law. Nothing Biden can do, parson wise, until abortion has a federal criminal statute.

Thats an important point and gubernatorial candidates should promise to pardon anyone convicted under statutes enabled by this decision.
