All I came up with was having alcohol many times a day and bailing the kid in a fire house Safe Box - FAS isn't often detected at birth - not really, but I'm po'd today.

I am thinking about how I went to the Palace Burlesque Theater in Buffalo, when I was underage, and I saw one.
