Companies should find a resort-like location in an abortion state. Make it top-notched. Carribean type place. Ay employee that needs to end a pregnancy gets a week or whatever of leave. All expenses paid along with a person of their choosing. Basically, celebrate the termination and allow time for recovery.

What a recruiting advantage.

If the employee gets sterilized (e.g. tubes tied), give them more time at the resort or maybe give them $10k or whatever is appropriate.

Incentives work.

as we are HQ'ed in a state where abortion is now illegal.

Realistically, I'll need to suggest a limit. Would four times a year enough? Or maybe three? I could see some taking advantage.

have to fly them out of country for one. But wait, women will need to fail a pregnancy test the day before to board an airplane.

Abortion is now a crime. Specifically “murder”.

How many women can (or should) trust their HR or third party insurance to keep their information safe? I repeat, abortion is no longer healthcare in these states.

It’s a crime. In some states it’s going to be a capital offense very shortly.

Some states are moving quickly to make it a felony to go out of state for an abortion. Exactly why should women trust that they won’t be turned into law enforcement by zealous pro-life HR or third party insurance employees?
