There are 13 US court of appeals there should be 13 US Supreme Court Judges.

Is there anyone convinced that MAGA wouldn't use this very logic to expand the supreme court the millisecond they could?

Had they done that, we wouldn’t have gay marriage or obamacare and other issues.
