Gov. Gavin Newsom signs bill to protect women who come in from other states for reproductive care

Abortion is legal in California.

It will remain that way.

I just signed a bill that makes our state a safe haven for women across the nation.

We will not cooperate with any states that attempt to prosecute women or doctors for receiving or providing reproductive care.

As a matter of fact all the states where it will remain legal should follow his lead.

That will have abortion access.
(Wisconsin will probably keep it for awhile.)

We should adopt some abortion centers near the state lines-- in Carbondale, Danville, suburban Chicago, Quincy, Moline, Belleville. Let's hope they can afford to provide transport-- as long as that's not criminalized too.

If you're a CEO of a new company, do you want to move a facility to an anti-choice state?

... and let's not forget, Thomas has his glinty eyes on marriage equality next.
