@maddow has just spelled out the ramifications of Roe v Wade being struck down. Among them, imagine living in a red state and having a miscarriage. Imagine being under investigation for possibly having induced that miscarriage. Imagine your life upside down changed with a felony

Is he communicating with the ones bringing these cases? Could he be telling someone which statutes or parts of the current laws (I know nothing about lawyering) are vulnerable to attack?

This is a kind of scary situation, in my opinion.
