Massachusetts, New York, California so far.
Under an executive order Gov. Baker signed today, Mass. "will not cooperate with extradition requests from other states pursuing criminal charges against individuals who received, assisted with, or performed reproductive health services that are legal in [MA]," per his office.

Abortion is legal in California.

the Republicans party platform is about to be exposed as being empty as they have nothing like Roe now to rally their base.
The Democrats though now have this ruling to rally their base not to mention it can and probably will lure in a shit ton more of independent voters.
