Ideal Supreme Court

Get rid of Filibuster and add four more justices.

Every two years, retire the justice with the highest seniority and force the Senate to give a hearing to whoever the President nominates to replace him/her.

5. You know how they'd get around the claim they lied (which they did, of course)?

They'd say, "At the time of my confirmation hearing I didn't think Roe should be overturned, but after reading the briefs and hearing the oral argument in Dobbs I changed my mind." That's bullshit, of course; they were all hand-picked by the Federalist Society and vetted carefully to be sure they would vote to ditch Roe. But enough senators *cough* Susan Collins *cough* bought the lie and are now disappointed.
