I don't think there is any doubt that the "investigation" in 2018 was a complete hoax.

Next up would be Clarence and his wife's completely questionable involvement in the 2020 Presidential election.

However, these are longshots.

There is no basis for charging them with perjury. Their statements were carefully crafted.

They never said that they would not overturn Roe. They never said that precedents can never be overturned.

Every Supreme Court justice going back decades has voted to overturn some precedent. That doesn’t mean that they were lying if they said that they respected the concept.

The argument is understandable but misguided. We all knew that they were appointed with this decision in mind… and almost every Republican who vented for them did so expecting this to happen and almost every Democrat who voted against them said that they were doing so because they knew this would happen.
