These states that want to criminize someone getting an abortion in another state

How does that work with HIPA? Aren’t medical records supposed to be kept private?

And if it’ll be allowed to delve into other’s medical records I’d like to know how many congressmen and SC justices have been party to an abortion? I could think of a few that I’d bet a years pay have done so.

Socialized medicine is here, because the state wants the uterus to give life to the fetus at conception so it's the states' responsibility.

Can do?

We have a court that can't define up or down. They have managed to wipe their stinky ass with the Bill of Rights.

They are subverting the rule of law, to create chaos to the benefit of a party over country.

And that would move it from Sedition to Treason!

But could sure make some lives miserable.

I would imagine all the blue states will not comply. It’s like any other law that stands in one state and not in another. Gonna be really really hard to enforce

who participated in any such investigation or prosecution is now committing a crime against that state. They wanna make ridiculous criminal laws? Well, other states can go crazy too.

a state cannot charge someone for a deed which is a crime in its state, when committed in a state where its legal. I see a never-ending stream of lawsuits because of SCROTUS' ill-considered action.
