and that to answer the question would damage his "impartiality".

And Roberts declared it "settled law".

And they were all lying.

I knew Thomas would vote to overturn, just as I knew Roberts was no better (I know how Roberts voted and what he wrote - he's no better), just as I knew the other four would.

I don't buy anyone's bullshit in justifying their votes for any of them.

I was against confirming any of them because it was obvious and apparent at the time of their confirmations that none of them would be good for America.
