Does overturning Roe mean that TFG is not needed anymore, he's disposable?

IOW, his supporters got what he promised them. He only promised to appointed judges to SCOTUS who would overturn Roe and it's happened. He didn't promise a congressional statute making the ban applicable to all 50 states and US territories. He didn't promise a constitutional amendment. He got the job done, period.

Is TFG necessary?

invalidate. If they toss the wannabe king, the next in line - probably DeSantis - is equally bad, if not worse. Their goal is to turn the country into a faux Christian dictatorship and who better to keep the ball rolling than a cult leader?

I think he regarded Trump as a useful idiot whose usefulness had come to an end. With the appointment of Barret to the bench, it was Mission Accomplished, and time to scuttle Trump.
