Just wait.
The ban on over-the-counter pregnancy tests. That's right. If you want to know if you're pregnant, you'll have to go to a doctor's office and have your results registered with the state, which will begin to monitor you if you are pregnant. Stuff like nine months will be registered with your name, and if you don't give birth by then, a criminal folder will be opened on you.

The power to interfere with mail and complete loss of mail-privacy will be pushed to allow interception of the new contraband.
From there it's just steps to having Postal Service Police arresting people and prosecuting them under racketeering laws for organizing and assisting in 'criminal' networks of traffickers of contraband pharmaceuticals.
Maybe even contraband condemns if Clarence Thomas gets his wish.
