and have them explain why they lied at their confirmation hearings.
When they whine they are immune explain it's a preliminary inquiry into whether they should be impeached for committing perjury.
They should be made to pay a price.

That's bullshit, of course; they were all hand-picked by the Federalist Society and vetted carefully to be sure they would vote to ditch Roe, but it would almost impossible to prove they were lying.

I wouldn't be permitted to serve on a jury if I stated I had already decided the verdict before the trial was started. I wouldn't think a judge could either
