Congress should subpoena Alito, Barrett and Kavanaugh

and have them explain why they lied at their confirmation hearings.
When they whine they are immune explain it's a preliminary inquiry into whether they should be impeached for committing perjury.
They should be made to pay a price.

Almost every one of whom said that they knew that judge would vote to overturn Roe so they couldn't support them.

"I wasn't lying at the time of my confirmation hearing when I said I Roe was established precedent I would respect, but after reading the briefs and hearing the oral argument in Dobbs I changed my mind." That's bullshit, of course; they were all hand-picked by the Federalist Society and vetted carefully to be sure they would vote to ditch Roe, but it would almost impossible to prove they were lying.

When they whine they are immune explain it's a preliminary inquiry into whether they should be impeached for committing perjury.

And when that question is brought up... who do you imagine rules on it?

And guess who gets the final word?

Attempting to influence the court (i.e., "making them sweat" ) is unlikely to look better for us than them

FDR knew how to deal with a recalcitrant court. He may have lost a battle.
He won the war.

11. Are judges permitted to decide the outcomes of cases they haven't yet heard ?

Seems like that would be problematic.

I wouldn't be permitted to serve on a jury if I stated I had already decided the verdict before the trial was started. I wouldn't think a judge could either
