4. It was the day after a very revealing hearing, as they have all been.

There still would have been a lot of media talk about Thursday's hearing but now it's all but forgotten. This weekend people sitting in their backyards eating burgers with their friends and family won't be discussing Thursday's hearing.

They usually wrap things up by the end of June. We've known for some time that this week was going to be bombshell week.

They also tend to save the most impactful cases for last. In this case, a Friday release was basically a lock because they could dump and run.

Here's an article explaining the expectations, timing, etc.:

We all knew when the ruling was due to be released. Not to the specific day, but certainly "late June" give or take a week.

It's the hearings that were scheduled knowing that the court was due to rule on some major issues around the same time.

the day after Thursday's hearing which will be the last one for a few weeks. Many people were predicting the loss of choice decree was going to come next week. Now the anti choice, pro tfg people can have a wonderful weekend and a great Independence Day celebration because the hearings are not being discussed and their forced pregnancy is in the spotlight, just as they wanted.

Sometimes important things happen at the same time. Destroying Roe v. Wade was going to create an enormous cultural shock and take over the entire news cycle no matter when it happened.

If they really wanted to wreck the last hearing they would have dropped the decision on Thursday instead of Friday. Instead they've done it during a break in the hearings. And there are going to be more hearings in the coming weeks.

The J6 investigation is by no means over, there's plenty more news to come out of it yet.

But they just bought themselves some gloating time and the focus is off of the orange POS.

for months, and it'll feature in books and classes for the ages. We'll be asked about it as younger people grow up and learn about it in school. Though no doubt some will know to never ask Grandma about it because she's still waiting for the nation to collapse and take out the Democrats.
