Maybe it’s my age, but listening to this 20 something abortion activist saying we need to get rid of “old white Democrats” because they are the reason for this SCOTUS decision infuriates me!!

Dear Zoe Warren who was interviewed by Yasmin Vossoughian around 12:30 PM PDT and claims to work for Rise Up 4 Abortion Rights dot org, “old Democrats” are not your enemy. And as far as judges and laws, you want “winning Democrats” and that means flipping purple districts and states, so that means you want the “best Democrat” for that state or district. Your frustration vis a vis the topic of abortion is misplaced.

I got an email from her yesterday afternoon re-iterating her support for choice and her plan to support Nancy Pelosi (another old white Democrat) in bringing a bill to codify Roe v Wade to the floor. My state assemblyman, another old white Democrat, also emailed me that the California state government will continue to back women's choices.
