If it isn't protesters or unhappy fellow patrons, it will be the restaurant staff. Not to mention restaurants that just won't take a reservation or find a table for them.
If I were them, I'd even be leery of delivery or catering. Maybe pick-up using a fake name on the order and someone else's card, if they know how to Venmo, that is.
They're only going to be safe eating or hanging out with their own kind. Federalist Society dinners or the like.
