A Collin County grand jury handed up its indictment of Frazier, a Dallas police officer, on Thursday. Frazier turned himself in to the Richardson police department Friday and was released on bond a short time later.

As a cop, he was already impersonating a public servant.
If he got elected, hed still just be impersonating
