Please read up on this issue as well as the issue of colonization. Since when has the federal government ever come onto reservations with the best interest of the residents there? Jesus Christ, educate yourself.

on reservations is minimal. Opening up clinics on Indian land for non-members is kind of a slap in the face to the Native Americans who live there.

Do you know anything about the sovereignty of reservations? That belongs to the tribes, the US gov't has no jurisdiction nor legal avenue to doing such a thing unless invited by the tribes themselves.

If we want clinics on reservations, we had better do a massive upgrade to their medical systems first.
