I usually work Saturday thru Tuesday. This week, was Friday thru Tuesday. No big deal covering a shift for the other gal who gave notice that morning. I didn't want him to be alone all day, plus, he needed his meds loaded. So there was No way I wasn't going to split my shifts. The gal originally asked for her birthday off, which meant each of us 4 days on and 4 days off. Didn't work that way, so she's now 5 off and I'm 5 on. 😄

I asked how she's doing, never heard back. I also take care of one other person Saturday and Sunday, and full time of my oldest sister. I schedule all my doc appointments, my sister and one client on me, I really need to know what is going on with her. She's a new team member, so I'm giving benefit of doubt. She needs to communicate soon, or I'll recommend termination.
