The perjury of four current Justices

Regarding Roe v. Wade in their Congressional confirmation hearings needs to be dealt with severely. It had been 3 justices but I just saw the clip of Thomas testifying in his hearing that he had no personal opinion about it, so that makes 4.
It is not only that the four of them defrauded Congress and the American people with their lies, but that how are we ever to trust the oath of any other appointee if we let it slide?
I don't know the route to be taken to impeach SC judges and then to indict them for perjury, but it's my stance that it needs to be pursued quickly and with vigor. Else the oath means nothing and lies will become expected in these hearings and the institution of a democratic Congress utterly declawed.
Until this is done I have no reason to believe anything that comes from them.

1. Sorry, NEVER Gonna Happen

It would take 67 votes in the Senate to convict, and I feel safe in saying, that's never going to be the case in America.

3. Are judges permitted to decide the outcomes of cases they haven't yet heard ?

Seems like that would be problematic. They would be stating that they had already made up their minds regardless of the merits of a case, the evidence presented, and any arguments by either plaintiff or defendant. I dont believe they can do that.

I know if I was selected for a jury and said I already decided, I wouldn't be allowed to serve.

4. It can and has been done.

Although no SC justice has been removed there have been impeachments and one resigned under pressure.
