Good for taking out bombers and fighters as they enter Ukrainian airspace, not useful for taking out ground targets or "Pooties head"...

Still, it's probably needed and will no doubt fulfill a mission.

I just feel like we're slow walking to WW III (not that I know of any better acceptable course).
