Someone in the militia leadership is going to directly tie TFG to the planning stages of the Jan 6 insurrection.

Unconfirmed rumor that it is related to Merritt Garland's sudden trip to Ukraine last week. Something something Republican lawmaker...Russia...
There wasn't much to it, but it was intriguing.

(51,896 posts)But I hope that they have a recording of Ginni Thomas in a meeting talking about the long term Federalist goals, with Clarence Thomas in the background asking her if she wants mushrooms on her pizza.

(100,980 posts)I think it may be related to that doc filmmaker guy who talked to them right after the last one on Thursday. That could be the source of the evidence in your hunch.
And it could be someone who will have to go into hiding immediately after testifying.
On Deadline WH someone suggested there may be someone who wants to get it over with or might back out if they have to wait any longer.
Hard to say.

(100,980 posts)I have a meeting during the hour before so I'm planning to end that early so I can get back to my place and watch from the beginning.

my vote is a republican who testified in private very recently and is, as of today, willing to testify publicly. The committees concern is that waiting a week or two give him/her the opportunity to reconsider or be persuaded to not go public.
Im wild ass guessing Mo Brooks.
