10 am Pacific

Unless you are in a state that does not observe Daylight Savings Time. If that is the case, it will be on 1 hour earlier than the time stated above.

…when they announced that SCOTUS would, unusually, issue decisions on both Thursday and Friday.

That’s when I knew the Dobbs ruling would be coming on Friday. The Roman Catholic majority deliberately scheduled it as a gift to their Church on their Feast of St. John the Baptist.
